Inspiring Scotland - The Building Brighter Futures Fund

Summary

The Building Brighter Futures Fund (BBFF) aims to support the most disadvantaged young people furthest from the labour market by providing opportunities to gain the skills and confidence to succeed through education, training and employment, throughout Scotland. It will support young people, aged 12 to 21, who experience disadvantage, into employment, education or training. The BBFF is funded by Hub Community Foundation (HCF) and managed by Inspiring Scotland.

Exclusions
Sole traders, Local Authorities and educational establishments in receipt of statutory funding ie university, school or college cannot apply.

Notes on award amounts:
Funding awards will range from £20,000 to £60,000 per annum for up to 3 years. Up to 10% of the costs of the proposal may be the allocation of central costs, such as management time, IT support or office costs.
